What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email address, mobile number and delivery address
- Order details: products, quantities, payment method and order history
- Messages you send us through email, WhatsApp or our enquiry forms
- Basic technical data such as browser type, collected only if analytics are enabled
We do not store card details. Card payments are processed by our payment provider.
How we use it
- To process, deliver and support your orders
- To respond to your enquiries
- To send marketing emails, only if you have opted in; you can unsubscribe at any time
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations
Sharing
We share your data only with service providers who help us run the business, such as delivery partners and payment processors, and only as needed for that purpose. We do not sell your personal data.
Your cart and cookies
Your shopping cart is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it is still there when you return. It is not sent to us until you place an order.
Retention and security
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and take reasonable security measures to protect it.
Your rights
You may ask to access or correct your personal data, or withdraw consent for its use, by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
